Caravans and pumps

Summer is a great time to go caravanning and before you set off on your travels, it is a good idea to check you have the necessary spares for your bathroom and kitchen facilities.  Remember “always carry a spare” does not always mean tyres!

This is especially true should you be travelling around Europe and find your shower pump breaks down and you need to get another fast.   This is a real inconvenience and can cause you heartache and time wasting to find the right sort of shop which sells the right pump.  Assuming that you can find the right pump in the right shop, you may well have to order the pump and then wait for a couple of days for it to arrive, before you can move onto your next location.
