We would like to tell you about an excellent product which will suck up the water down to a mere 3mm, yes, 3mm!!!! I can hear you say, wow, that is excellent, just what I need, so don’t waste any more time procrastinating and just call us on 020 3129 6810 to get the famous puddlesucker (some times known as Low Level Suction Base).

Problems with Impellers

The heart of a submersible water feature pump is the impeller.

This item needs to be checked on a regular basis.

If debris or a foreign body should get into the pump, it is to be expected that one or more of the vains on the impeller will get broken or damaged.

This can result in a loud noise from the pump, and or a decreased performance of the flow rate; dependant on the amount of damage done.

If a vain is broken replace the impeller with a new one.

It is also worth ensuring that the bearings and or the shaft which it rotates on is lubricated with a small amount of grease – to ensure free running.
